  • Being logged in the SEKOIA.IO support web portal.


In practice


1. The Home page


  • You will able to search for key words in the documentation, create new requests and check tickets status.


2. Solutions


The main page of the support documentation is available in the Solutions tab.

  • Click on the folder category or directly search for key words in the search bar.

  • It is still possible to create a New Support Ticket or Check Ticket Status.


3. Tickets


The main page of the support tickets management for users is available in the Tickets tab.
